Product Overview
SiSiB® CS5056 combines substrate affinity with surface conditioning, gloss and water repellency. Neutralization with a suitable organic acid converts it to a cationic form for use in appropriate rinse-off and automotive-care systems.
Key Features
- Good affinity to a variety of substrates.
- Improves gloss and color depth.
- Provides water repellency and improved wash resistance.
- Enhances surface lubricity.
- Low tendency to build up during repeated use.

- Wash-and-wax products and surface-care formulations.
- Water-repellent glass treatments and selected polyurethane-processing applications.
Technical Considerations
The TDS gives a general use range of 0.1–10.0%, depending on the formulation and required performance. Where a cationic form is needed, neutralize with a suitable organic acid before incorporation.
For aqueous formulations, use an appropriate emulsification or solubilization procedure rather than direct blending with water. Evaluate compatibility and final performance before use.
